The coach is a new American Leather queen pull out. You need to bring sheets and all towels. The kitchen (fully stocked) is a small- galley style, but very neat and clean. Please bring paper towels and soap. My patio has a gas grill with a burner and a gas fire pit. The pool is diagonally across the driveway. In the deck box please use the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The laundry room (coin operated) abuts my area and is for all to use. It is a very pleasant outside living area. Peaceful!
