Ft. condo is located on Bass River. This is a boater/kayaker's dream spot. Note: Recent upgrades include both bathrooms receiving new floors and bath tile as well as new toilets and tub re-surfacing. A mile to the Atlantic Ocean by boat or go up river to Follins Pond. Discover the natural beauty of the river or sip a cup of coffee from the balcony and watch the boaters go by. This vacation unit has two levels. The upper level is a combination living room/dining area with a kitchenette plus a full bathroom. The lower level is a bedroom with a Queen pillow top bed and a full bed plus a second full bath. The patio is accessed through the lower level. Both levels have through the wall AC/heating units. The condo complex has a heated pool which is open from June 20 through Labor Day week end.This vacation condo is conveniently located near restaura
