At low tide there are many rocks and a large beach. But even at high tide Pelican Rock stands above the water. There is no direct access to the beach from the house but it is only 9 tenths of a mile to Sport Heaven Beach, about a 20 minute walk or a short drive. Sport Heaven Beach has miles of sandy beach and there are many other beautiful beaches in the area. The house is 4 miles from the center of Brookings and 1 mile to the Harbor.  At the harbor there are great restaurants,  fishing charters and a great boardwalk overlooking the boats.Come and enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets.
