The unit is gorgeous but the lanai has no permanent railing, not suitable for kids. The pool is not done and the building's hall and elevators are dirty, with contractor traffic and noise. The boardwalk to the beach is not restored but they've brought in all new, clean sand for the public beach and it's gorgeous. The sand near the condo still has debris. There are many restaurants now open on the island, but most are still closed. I have bikes and beach items you can use.
