It is attached like a duplex but has it own private entrance and is completely self sufficient. A locked barn door separates the homes. Parking area is shared with the main house parking. The private entrance front door is closest to the driveway platform. There are three stairs to climb and the lockbox for the keys is inside the jamb of that door. From Memorial Day - October you can expect the front door to be left unlocked for easy access and the keys inside on the hook.
