The travel trailer is a 2003, is clean and functional, due to the age we will allow up to 14 nites only. The setting is wooded and serene. Although we've never counted there are probably over 200 trees on the 5 acres, including: Ponderosa pine, Black oak, Canyon live oak, Cedar, Deodar pine, Douglas fir, seasonal flowers and lots of wildlife.
