There are terraces to sit out and enjoy the sun and the sunset which happens right out front. There’s a private dock that takes you to the waters edge, where you can canoe or fish from and to our own island with a picnic table. There are a couple of public boat ramps, the closest being 1/2 mile away, and there is plenty of space to park a boat trailer on our property. The water depth at our dock varies w the season, but there's an extension that provides plenty of depth and a place to tie off (dock length is 16'). During the summer we have at least 1' of water at low tide and the bottom is mud.
