Like every complex in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise although no major work is currently scheduled. This noise could come from this complex or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.Please note the Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing concrete restoration. While there is unlikely to be noise impacting your stay, there are preemptive support beams around the resort on various balconies.
