We supply you with a single stall in our 2 car garage to assure you have a place to park inside if a summer storm would happen to come through, or to put your car in for a cold winter night if you are staying in the cold months. In floor heat is like no heat you have ever experienced as the heat comes up from the floor instead of from vents blowing air. The AC is a wall unit located in the main living area.
