The log cabin was built in 1987 but recently upgraded with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Breathe the fresh country air as you enjoy your first cup of coffee or breakfast tea with local honey on the screened porch. If you like wildlife, you might see some deer, squirrels, rabbits, woodpeckers, wild turkeys or an occasional bear. After breakfast there are many options for your day. You can tour vineyards, breweries, caverns, historic homes, canoe or kayak the Shenandoah River. The fishing is great too. Be sure to get a license. There are so many activities and adventures awaiting you. Rainy day? No problem. Relax on the screened porch with a great book or watch the birds from either porch. How many birds can you identify?
