We are located in Garfield County, Colorado, Hunting area #42. 10 miles from National Forest Access. Beautiful views, peaceful setting. We are 12 miles south of I-70. Close to Glenwood Springs and the world famous Hot Springs. A short, beautiful drive to several world famous ski areas, Aspen and Snowmass, and a local favorite, Sunlight Mountain. So many winter opportunities await you! An amazing spot to connect with nature, and enjoy the quiet. Sit and relax in front of the fireplace with a beverage. Many beautiful local attractions to visit. Please, no loud music, no loud parties, and only registered guests may be on premises. No stays over 14 days. Pets allowed on a case by case approval, with an extra deposit. Owner is on property in adjacent house. Some great restaurants in Silt, Rifle and New Castle, ask me for recommenda
