The home is a short walk to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, Autzen Stadium. As well too many restaurants, Wild Duck, Beppe & Gianni s, McMenamin's, Sweet Life Petite Bakery, Prince Puckers, Agate Alley, Studio One and Hey Neighbor Pizza Place- and that's just to name a few!! Located in the Fairmount area, in a beautiful neighborhood with parking and an outside eating area complete with a new barbecue. The view is most spectacular at sunset perfect for sitting and having a glass of wine with friends. The kitchen is well equipped and if we don't have it, you are welcome to ask for it!
