About 1/2 mile walk to beach area which is private for association use only, comprising of about 25 homes. In the summer take a short walk down to the lake and enjoy fishing, swimming, jumping off the lake platform on the premises of the Estate or go on the prowl to various local tourist attractions in the quaint Wilmington downtown.
