The house is located only 10 miles West of Colorado Springs, 8 miles from Manitou Springs, and 5 miles to Woodland Park. You can walk to the historic center of Green Mountain Fall community to enjoy a beautiful lake and park there, as well as a community swimming pool and some wonderful local restaurants (Mucky Duck, Pantry). A lot of sightseeing, lakes, trails, historic towns around. We have a big clearing in front of the house where you can observe a lot of wildlife almost every morning and at sunset. We saw deer, foxes, elks, squirrels many times. The house offers a wonderful view and a great location. Santa's Workshop is just a few minutes away.
