Everything is a few minutes away. Enjoy fall foliage, winter activities, hiking, trails and much more! This is a gated community that adheres to the safety and privacy of its guests. Beaches are open daily. Pools are open from until Memorial Day to Labor Day.For short term rentals (30 days or less), there are fees for the association that are not based on available amenities or usage of amenities, IE, year round.They are as follows:Temporary Membership: 1) In Season (May 24th to September 2nd): $8.50 per day/night per person, ages 6 and up2) Off Season (September 3rd to May 23rd): $2 per day/night per person, ages 6 and upVehicle Gate/Access Card: $20 per vehicleAdministration fee: $20 per rental registration Upon book
