So is the equipment rental shop.Our property layout is all on a single level so there are no stairs inside. We also do not share any common walls and nobody is above us. Our place feels like a ranch style home at the base of the lift and is walking distance to everything in the town of Telluride.Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom and we have a 'bunk room' setup for the kids.
