This calming, quiet and peaceful guest home has one full bedroom with a new pillow-top queen-size bed, one full bathroom, a full-size kitchen (including full-size appliances), eat-in kitchen/dining area, family room with a high end fold out sofa sleeper, and a sunny deck. The Tree House is perched on the second floor in a neighborhood with single story homes, looking out among mature treeFully furnished and has a new 47' smart TV (living room) and second smart TV (bedroom) with Netflix, Prime TV, Hulu, You Tube TV, wireless internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen. For warmer summer days/nights we have mini-split A/C units in the living room and bedroom. It is very close to Grandview Beach, one of the many amazing Encinitas beaches which has good surfing, swimming and a lifeguard tower.
