The condo features two balconies on front and back of unit and also offers a outside shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. One covered parking spot is included and 4 other guest spots available.There is no a/c in the building, however we have ceiling fans and box fans.Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sized air mattress.The following is included in rental: cookware and full kitchen, dishes, beach towels, linens/bedding, bathroom towels, etc.
