You can enjoy watching the comings and goings of sailboats, cabin cruisers, crab boats and more. We are also regularly visited by geese, deer, and a wide variety of bird life. The two bedroom residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, a private patio, and ample living and dining areas.Our guest residence is located on the lower level of our inner Quartermaster Harbor home. We live above and although we have taken steps to minimize noise, please know that my husband and I live above and some noise is unavoidable.Everything is on the same level and the home can accommodate someone with mobility issues. If you have mobility issues, let us know and we can go over specifics with you.We are located right off of Quartermaster Drive and overlook the Inner Quartermaster Harbor although there is no beach
