So do we..Price includes all but the VRBO fee!!! Stay right in the upper Hollywood Riviera Village neighborhood. We have a studio with a loft and a private roomy bathroom. There is a Queen bed in the loft (up a ladder) and a Queen futon couch with a memory foam pad on the main floor. We are located in a quiet family neighborhood and while the studio is connected to the owners main house, there are no main shared living walls except the bathroom.There is a keurig coffee maker complete with pods and coffee condiments and a small fridge. We are however a no smoking, no cooking establishment due to there only being the bathroom sinks that are not equipped to handle food waste.
