Each of our 3 bedrooms has a comfortable queen size bed: rear bedroom, larger front bedroom and the renovated 3rd flr space (quietest room). The single futon in front room can be easily positioned anywhere on 2nd floor. Window units provide a/c (modern, quiet, remote-controlled) - remote-controlled ceiling fan in kitchen and front bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped - chefs will be hard-pressed to find anything missing! Full-size refrigerator w/bottom freezer. Flat-screen Smart TV w/Apple TV (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc) in living-room and complimentary WI-FI throughout the house. Wireless printer available for guest u
