We have always deeply cleaned & sanitized the house after each guest, but we are now sanitizing "high-touch surfaces" like door knobs, light switches and remote controls. We are using cleansing products that are EPA approved to disinfect. We have removed decorative pillows and throw blankets to minimize the risk of exposure. You should feel comfortable coming to the Gunnison Valley and staying at The King Davis House. But, if you feel sick or have a fever, do not come. This is small community with limited health resources. Our house sits at about 9,000 feet above sea level. If someone is not used to that level of altitude, it can affect them without added respiratory distress.
