This historic cottage converted from a Speakeasy, sleeps 4 close friends or family members comfortably. This space works for a party of close and intimate relations. The main space is a studio-type layout with kitchenette, toilet, shower and queen bed. The loft also has a queen size bed. Large patio, outdoor swing and fireplace make this cottage an ideal place to relax. Beach is about 500 yards through the neighborhood. One thing to note is this place doesn’t have much privacy.
