The 1800 square foot open floor-plan means no one feels left out. Families - there is lots for the kids to explore inside when it's time to relax so don't worry about the lack of electronics. The third bedroom is huge and we decided not to load it with beds so it can be used as our family room. It has a closet full of games and toys, it's own tv and a kids video library. The house is located a small development with little traffic, especially mid-week. The Peter Pam area is adjacent to the Stanislaus National Forest so there are open spaces walking distance from the house to explore and hike.
