This family friendly cottage has 180 feet of lakefront directly on the lake and walkable to local stores & Pineview Highlands golf course, short drive to all the shopping and includes a dock to give you all the access to the beautiful Houghton Lake. The shoreline is shallow and rises up to a max of 4-5 feet at the end of the dock (about 100ft away!), young children can enjoy the sandy lakefront!The Space:With 180 feet of lakefront access and a large lawn, your family and friends can unwind and relax on this beautiful property. The DNR boat launch is just blocks away and you are welcome to use our dock to bring your boat during your stay! If you're here during the winter months the lake freezes over beautifully for snowmobiling or ice-fishing and there are ski venues and snowshoeing trails close by!
