It is in a quiet neighborhood, a stones throw from the York River Wiggly Bridge and a short walk to the York Harbor Beach, historic York Village, the town docks and marina. The house was recently remodeled with a relaxing modern beach theme. The kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, second floor bathroom and front deck are all new. There is plenty of room for 6 people with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, family room, and kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed with two twins in each of the other bedrooms. There is a shady backyard with a patio, propane grill, and views to Wiggly Bridge and a large front porch with both sitting and eating areas. Please note a Saturday turnover with a 7 day rental is required in high season typically last week of June through August. Other times of the year there is a 3 day minimum rental.Y
