Bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs but we do have a cot we could put in the living room if needed. Tranquility and nature abound. Can snowmobile from the front door. Close to many areas with things to do...Sugarloaf is 50 minutes away, Waterville is 35 minutes away or a scenic drive to Jackman or Rangeley is an hour with a good chance of seeing some wildlife on the way.
