Private with rustic cabin and campsite on a pristine mountain stream on the South and another stream on the East- YES, two streams! Property features an outdoor kitchenette with covered picnic table, gas cook-top (gas provided,) sink (gravity-fed water,) and ice-box (1 block of ice chills for 2 days.) There are trails, mountains, lakes, rivers, streams and amenities all nearby (1 to 5 miles.) In the heart of white-water rafting, biking, fishing, hiking or water sports activities. Off a major ATV trail. Stunningly beautiful country. The tiny cabin is 12 x 18 with a wood-stove, propane heater, recliner, table/chairs and bunk bed. There is an outdoor fire-pit and available firewood ($5 per bundle.) The campsite will easily accommodate multiple tents and/or pop-up camper (sorry no campers over 20').
