Large full bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. Pet welcome $35 per night. The main strip (2.5 miles) is a short UBER/LYFT ride away-typically less than 10 minutes. The guests have access to the entire home. I am available by text for any questions or assistance you might need. Fern Ave. is a street with million dollar homes and million dollar views. This new condo development opens up this area for AIRBNB guests. UBER/LYFT/TAXI or your own car but you will usually have to pay to park downtown so it is cheaper to take a ride there.
