This 2 Bedroom/1 Bath, newly renovated, 1920’s cottage is nestled on the side of a dune and loaded with Smart Home technology, modern conveniences, and abundant amenities inside and out.Soak up the natural surroundings from the spacious, multi-level outdoor living spaces that feature a 6-person hot tub perched near the top of the dune, firepit (firewood provided), outdoor dining and seasonal cushioned lounge furniture, seasonal outdoor heated shower, and a 6ft tall perimeter fence that surrounds the compound for ultimate privacy.
