Steps from the sound and right across the street is direct beach access. Feast your eyes on the panoramic views from almost every window. Fishing and canoe rentals in your own back yard. The kids can be entertained by the chalkboard wall while you easily unpack using the elevator. Please be patient with the elevator, it is residential so it is much slower than commercial types, wait for the unlock click before trying to open the door and also both doors have to be completely closed after entering and after exiting in order for it to work property. Weight limit is 950 pounds. PLEASE do not let children play on the elevator or ride without supervision.
