Welcome to our recently updated 1 bedroom condo redone in 2022 to support a remote work paradise or a pure escape. One queen and one full-size fold-out couch are available with linens/towels provided. Our unit has a quiet and cool mini split A/C in the main room, portable A/C in the bedroom, smart TV with cable, cable internet, several places for workstations with extra computer monitors available, and a top-of-the-line Keiser m3i spin bike (uses regular sneakers or SPD cycle shoes). The complex offers a tennis court & a 1/2 basketball court, designated grilling areas, and onsite smartphone-operated laundry.NOTE: For the security of guests and the property, a ring doorbell is located on the front door of the unit covering the area outside of the unit around the front door.
