Boating enthusiasts will delight in our convenient of 37.5 ft. dockage easy access to both Atlantic Ocean and The Gulf. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms accommodate up to 5 guests, making it ideal for small family or two couples. Fully equipped kitchen to make your getaway feel like your own comfort home. Each bedrooms are on the opposite side for privacy. We have king size bed in the master bedroom. One queen bed and one twin bed in guest bedroom. Washer & dryer are ALL IN ONE unit and it’s outside by screened in porch area.Check-in on Saturday ONLY and no earlier than 4 PM. Check-out on Saturday ONLY before 10 AM. Rental 7 nights minimum. Only One Boat Trailer allowed to park inside our property.*
