Private Boat dock that is 37 and half feet long. Only one trailer can be parked on property. Lower ground level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a family room. Family room on ground level opens to pool deck and has sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have a king . Upper level has Living Room,Dining Area ,Kitchen,2 bedrooms one is a King bed, the other is twin beds and 2 baths. We own the other unit next door and can be booked separately on VRBO # 704885. The two units have a door that can open between them. Each side has it's own pool and sleeps 10 including the pull out sleeper sofa. Pool will be heated in Winter for additional charge of $100 per week.
