Gas grill, washer and dryer, bedding, towels, microwave, flatware and dishes all included. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed; one with double bed bottom bunk and single upper. Easy drive to Historical downtown Vermilion and local wineries.This is a monthly rental and is available for extended stays.As this is strictly a monthly rental the rates you see posted as daily are approximate. May through September we consider our peak months, while October through April are our off-season. Peak month rental per month is $4,000 plus applicable fees.
