It is in the country with lots of wildlife, trees, Trails, and a hill with a view of a marsh. A very secluded area and quiet. The nearest neighbor is half a mile away. There are benches outside and a table with chairs. There is also a front screened in porch and a back porch. The home itself is a unique and quaint farmhouse that has had some updates and has had regular maintenance upkeep. It is very clean and comfortable.
