Located in State College, Pennsylvania, United States. Mount Nittany Ranch Welcome to our mid-century ranch home that we affectionatelycall "The Pig". Newly renovated with additional enhancements comingnext summer. It has 4 bedrooms. The three on the main level include an ownersuite with king size bed, one with a queen size bed and one with a twin bed. Downstairsthere is an open suite with two twin beds and a futon. There are two full baths,one with a large shower and one with a soaking tub/shower combo. A fully equipped 1950's kitchen,dining room with seating for six, and living room with two large couches and asmall ‘gossip bench’. Plus, a Penn State themed rec room complete with pingpong table and dart board. Located in Lemont at the base of Mount Nittany andwithin 3 miles of beaver stadium, and less than 1.5 miles to many great localrestaurants.
