We a have a very strict NO party/event rule (please be courteous with your noise level.) Your reservation will be terminated with a visit from the neighboring police if there are complaints about noise. *IMPORTANT RULES TO NOTE*- Please keep the partying at another location - respect the other tenants that reside here.- Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If there is any evidence (smell or paraphernalia), there will be a $200.00 charge.- If something breaks, please notify me immediately.-
