We have turned a sad neglected townhouse into a beauty. The most common feedback we get is that our floorplan is perfect and we have thought of everything guest's need for their stay. Everything is new and beautifully updated in a modern coastal style. We removed the old spiral deck stairs and enclosure and replaced it with larger deck areas and real deck stairs. We love buying diamonds in the rough and transforming them. We poured our hearts into this property and it is our favorite of all we have ever owned. We also stay at our properties to get a feel for what the rental experience will be like for our guest.
