You have your own 200 foot 'singing sand' beach. Home is located on a private road among native stands of hemlock and pine trees. The property has historically been known as 'The Clearing'. Lake Michigan in 2022 was at highwater levels which resulted in the sand beach being minimal for much of the season. Lake levels as we enter 2023 are now down. The sand beach has returned in December 2022 with 15' of beach in calm waters. Things are looking good for beach and beach walks in 2023!This Non-Smoking home sleeps six. The dominant windows bring the outside in throughout the house.
