Modern ski in/ski out studio with access to hot tub, fire pit & fire place NOTE THAT THE HOT TUBS AND AMENITY DECKS AT FOUNDERS POINTE & FRASER CROSSING ARE CLOSED as new hot tubs are being installed. There are no hot tubs available through the fall of 2024. Additionally, at times there will be construction noise, possible Mondays-Saturdays (allowed work hours 7 am to 7 pm), when work is occurring on the amenity decks. Many days there is no work taking place on the deck and so no noise, but there may be noise depending on specific days. Please be aware of this possibility when considering this unit.This studio condo provides comfortable accommodations for four people. It features a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa with emmory foam mattress, suitable for two.
