The cottage comes furnished with sheets, blankets, pillows, dishes, pots, pans, microwave, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, and AIR conditioning. Fremont is a golf cart community so if you have one and want to bring to use to frequent the bars/ restaurant's many in the community do. Nice front porch, private dock and river frontage like no other available cottages in the area will make for a LOT of fishing, boating & family fun!
