The backyard area is perfect to relax and or entertain while barbecuing and enjoying California's weather. Bring your bathing suit to go swimming in the 3 to 9 feet depth pool and/or by laying out to tan in the 🌞😎! There are newly lights installed at the backyard area with switches/ outlets located on the back wall by sofas under new porch and white chairs by tree area and by the BBQ grills area. There is a table that sits 6 at the side/back yard and 4 high chairs at the BBQ table. Four small tables with 2 chairs each are located under the cover patio, along with 4 stools and two side yellow chairs.
