The neighborhood is peaceful and is known for its historic homes and beautiful old trees. The main house (where we live) and this apartment (above our detached garage) were built in 1926, during the height of Beaumont's boom from the oil and lumber industry.It boasts a full kitchen, 9-foot ceilings, original hardwood floor, and a full bathroom with a tall-person-friendly shower. It also opens up to a private deck overlooking the back yard and pool.Other amenities include fast wifi and ethernet, driveway parking, and a dedicated washer/dryer.
