This 3br 2ba single family house located in a quiet and peaceful residential area near beaches. By staying here you can enjoy 20+ miles of Pacific Ocean beaches, canals, lakes, kite flying, clam digging, horseback riding and fishing/golfing. Since it is in a residential area it accepts monthly booking only, but the rent is only about 1/3 of nightly rentals, a really good deal for long vacation takers, project workers and traveling nurses.This is a large house, our guests are able to access all rooms in the house. Master bedroom comes with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms share another bathroom in between of them. There also is a special place for your dog(s), hopefully they will like it. The stuff in the house are all free for you to use, but to use them by yourself and/or your family or group member(s) including your child/children you agree to take
