Stand up work stations in 2 of the rooms. beautiful back yard with sparkling pool. 85" TV in living room and 44" in the primary bedroom. Covered patio and loungers to relax pool side. This home is not setup for children, houses ,many glass items and vintage furniture. The home has several level changes throughout.No pets on furniture or beds All pets must be approved by host prior to stay and pay the $60 pet fee per stay. please pick up after your pet(s). No eating on furniture or beds Home must be left in a clean condition similar to arrival. *Pool service person comes every Thursday* *Lawn Maintenance comes every Tuesday*- No smoking inside, (outdoors is ok).
