The property was once owned by the renowned water color painter, John Pike, where he taught his hugely popular painting classes in the space which is now our home and art studios. The land itself which has a stream, waterfall, ponds and mountain views is a perfect spot for plein air painters, and contemplation. The cabin is next door to our home separated by fence and thick wisteria with its own yard, screened porch with barbecue, and dining area as well a large fire pit for quiet night time marshmallows and wine.A path leads to the upper property where our family is creating pollinating fields of grasses for the butterflies.
