This authentic country store was built approximately around 1920 by Samuel Jarrett Martin. The Martin Country Store once stood beside busy cross-country U.S. 50 as it passed through rural Vinton County , Ohio. For many years it provided its hospitality to local residents and travelers alike serving up food, groceries, and gas. This beautiful building was donated to Fiddlestix Village in 2012 and since has been preserved and restored for guest lodging. The Martin Country Store now welcomes travelers with a tremendous historical charm with all the comforts and amenities of home.
