Relaxing retreat on 16 acres of woods yet minutes from shopping, restaurants, Lake Monroe and the I.U. stadium. A quiet place to wind down.The studio is in the woods so you may see or encounter wildlife including deer, opossums, raccoons, coyote, bobcat, snakes and birds. Guests have access to a grill, fire pit and hammock. WiFi is available for your devices. CD player and record player/records are provided. No cable or television. Cell phone service is available if occasionally spotty. There is a security camera on our main residence. It does record but is not monitored 24/7. You will see the camera if you walk up to our main residence. No cleaning fee. Kitchenette has a microwave,toaster oven,coffeemaker, electric kettle, espresso machine coffee, tea, refrigerator, blender, dishes and utensils.
