This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. Guests must be able to climb up and down 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.The space is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage, and is located behind my home, above my garage. Ideally the space is perfect for three people but it can accommodate up to 4 people with a provided twin roll away bed, and a twin self inflating air mattress.
